TeMuri is a multi-disciplinary artist permanently residing in New Zealand. Originally from the Republic of Georgia, TeMuri is an award-winning filmmaker, with his films screening in over thirty countries to an audience of more than five million people. Before attending film school, TeMuri developed a keen interest in photography and visual arts. Over the recent years, he took it more seriously and produced a mixed media library of works . TeMuri’s oeuvre is eclectic, ranging from portraits to landscapes to snapshots of urban life to abstract patterns found in nature. His primary interest is in finding art in everyday life. His method usually involves photographing images and digitally manipulating them, before painting on top of printed canvases. With a library of 300+ works, TeMuri offers original paintings, printed and licensed photographs, and versatile art collections for sale and to hire. TeMuri also accepts commissions to produce specific personalized works for private and corporate clients. When he’s not working, you’re likely to find him enjoying the outdoors, attending a live show or travelling overseas.
